ON-DEMAND WEBINAR
Environmental Monitoring for Urban Construction and Infrastructure: How to mitigate risks to human comfort and comply with regulatory standards

This webinar took place on:
Wednesday, November 12, 2025 | TIME: 2:00 PM UTC+0
Urban construction and infrastructure development projects can have significant impacts on the comfort of people living nearby. These impacts can include structural damage, noise pollution, and airborne dust and debris. Compliance with noise, vibration, and dust (NVD) standards are crucial to ensure the safety and comfort of people at or near the worksite.
Join Syscom Instruments' Barth Jacquot, along with Sonitus System's Will Averdieck and Paul McDonald, for a webinar that details how integrating NVD monitoring can deliver a reliable, scalable, and user-friendly solution for regulatory compliance. This webinar covered the best practices when it comes to using complimentary monitoring technologies for comprehensive environmental monitoring.
Learn how Syscom Instruments vibration monitoring devices can collect data to be used together with Sonitus Systems’ high-performance noise and dust monitoring sensors, integrated within the Syscom Cloud Software (SCS) platform. This combined offering can help conduct safe urban construction work with automation alerts, clear data insights, and streamlined reporting.
Key learning objectives:
-
What is noise, vibration, and dust monitoring and why is it essential for urban construction and infrastructure projects to be completed safely
-
How to monitor for regulatory compliance for NVD with effective data visualization and reporting
-
An overview of the latest integrated software platforms for comprehensive environmental compliance from Syscom Instruments and Sonitus Systems
-
Case studies of successful NVD monitoring strategies
-
An interactive question and answer session
